Individual Counselling

Personalised counselling tailored to your needs, helping you navigate life's challenges effectively.

£50 for a 50 minute session

Guided sessions for couples to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

£65 for a 50 minute session

Supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors.

Corporate Supervision for those roles needing a safe, confidential space to process and reflect

Cost shown at time of booking depending on chosen duration - £60 - £90
